- Although the entrance to the Royal Palace is always reserved for our clients, sometimes the access control may be blocked due to the capacity and security controls, being the entrance delayed a few minutes for reasons beyond the control of this operator.
- To speed up entry, rucksacks and large bags are not permitted.
- Check-in at our main office is mandatory. Please do not go directly to the Royal Palace.

Rodrigo was wonderful! He was very knowledgeable and was also quite funny. The views were breathtaking. Be prepared for approx. 10k steps.
Treated like Royalty
This tour was amazing, great value. It started with great communication and warm smiles. Entered palace quickly and smoothly. Beatrice was exceptionally knowledgeable ( answered our questions clearly), was very personable and had a great sense of humor. We walked at a nice pace (glad we wore comfy shoes and had water). Palace itself was absolutely magnificent. Loved that Beatrice provided history for each room and just did not walk through rooms. Great way to start our visit. Glad we decided to take this tour. Next up, Hop Off, Hop On Bus.
Loved touring El Palacio Real with Letizia
I had a great experience on this tour with Letizia as the tour guide. I thought Letizia did an excellent job of bringing the history of the Spanish Royal Palace to life and telling us special details. Letizia's passion as a tour guide is evident, and she has the perfect demeanor for the job. I would recommend a tour with Letizia to anyone, my only negative comment is that the group size was a bit too big. Next time I'd book the small group tour.
