The shop sits 100 meters from the ski bus stop and within easy reach of the slopes above Grindelwald and Lauterbrunnen. Connections to other ski resorts and peaks within the Jungfrau region such as Wengen, Männlichen, Kleine Scheidegg and Mürren are also easy on the Jungfraubahn train network.
Select a 1-, 2- or 3-day hire and decide on 4- or 5-star quality. Discuss your ski or snowboard rental requirements with the staff member on hand. The 5-star range offers newer and better quality equipment, including slightly more specialized products such as twin-tipped, racing and off-piste skis. The 4-star selection of skis and boards is best suited to learner or improver skiers and snowboarders happy to hire equipment from previous winter seasons but, like the 5-star range, it does also include brand new gear.
When you’ve chosen your equipment, try it for size and — with your ski hire technician on hand — make any necessary adjustments. Then, you’re good to go! Your hire kit even comes with a 10% insurance charge against unintentional damage and theft included, leaving you to relax and enjoy the slopes.
