- Bring a towel and a change of clothes for after the tour
- Ensure you have a valid passport for identification

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
Good to know
- All participants will need to fill out a medical form before participating in the tour. Please contact local operator in order to request the form via email.
- All participant's height, weight and age information must be provided to local operator to ensure they bring the best fitting drysuit. The tour operator will contact you after booking to ask for this information.
- Participants must be at least 12 years of age
- Dry suits are worn over your own clothing. We recommend wearing long thermal underwear and thick wool socks as a base layer under the dry suit
- Minimum height is 4ft 11in (150cm). Minimum weight is 100lbs (45kg).
- Maximum height and weight is 6ft7in (200cm) and 264lbs (120kg).
- Participants must be comfortable in water and able to swim, physically fit and healthy
- Please note that that dry suits can sometimes feel quite tight and constricting
- All participants must be able to communicate in English
- Not suitable for pregnant women
- IMPORTANT - Participants who are 60 years of age and older must have their doctor sign the approval form in order to participate
- Pickup starts 30 minutes before scheduled departure, please be ready and visible at your designated pickup location

Amaaaaazing! Absolutely loved it and would do it again. Great guides to work with, especially Jana. Took great care of everyone in our group. When I was floating along it felt like I was on another planet. Highly recommend!
Once in a lifetime!
It was a great experience. Guide Veli was great. Honestly, it is a lot of prep for a relatively short snorkel experience. 45 minute ride to the site, waiting for your turn and getting geared up takes quite a while, then waiting for your turn among lots of other groups using one launch pad was a lot. It's fun, it's gorgeous, it's invigorating, the DIVE team is great. Definitely do it!
Awesome Experience
This was an awesome experience! The whole crew was awesome, so helpful. Being over 70 they went out of their was to make sure we were comfortable with everything. The dry suit experience was easier than I thought but if you are claustrophobic you should think twice.
Super beautiful experience and an absolute highlight
It was super! Starting with the pickup at the harbor (we arrived by cruise ship), everything worked out super well. Very nice bus driver. We had great weather and drove through the national park to the Silfra Fissure. Everything worked out perfectly. You get dressed and snorkel in a small group. Our guide Elsa was great, super sweet and nice, explained everything wonderfully, and was always there for us. It is an incredible experience to snorkel in the glacial water, and the dry suits keep you dry and warm. Initially, your face and hands have to get used to the cold for a moment; it is possible that your hands might get a bit cold. Elsa takes the photos and she does a great job. At the end, we got hot chocolate and cookies and were brought back safely. The tour is highly recommended! THANK YOU!!!
Amazing experience
I hope this review reaches out to Konrad, our fantastic guide who deserves acknowledgement for his great job. Other than that, on the site there was written that during the transfer from Reykjavík to Silfra, some geological explanation would be done. Unfortunately, this was not the case; but other than this it was a fantastic experience.
