Cruise 5:00 pm - Dinner 6:30 pm April/Sep./Oct.: Cruise 4:00 pm - Dinner 6:00 pm Fortress Funicular ascent & descent (no pick-up at the station) After ascending with the funicular to the Fortress, the Panorama Restaurant is located on the right side at the exit. At this unique location you enjoy your dinner with marvelous views to Salzburg City and its surroundings. Dinner takes approx. 1,5 hours VIP Dinner menu: Mini bread rolls with two types of spread Beef broth with dumplings Braised beef cheek from local cattle on truffeled mashed potaoes and vegetables of the season or Roasted Salzburg Gold Trout in almond butter with rosemary potatoes "Salzburger Nockerl" Fluffy egg soufflé with vanilla cream & berries
