Siem Reap: Behind the Scenes City Tour

This 3-hour guided tuk tuk tour of Siem Reap takes you well away from the regular tourist haunts to parts of the city which others rarely have the chance to see. Go behind the curtain and experience some of that Siem Reap magic!

Begin your tour with a visit to Psar Leu, Siem Reap's main marketplace selling everything from food to jewels. Then move onto the city's oldest pagoda where you will have the chance to be blessed by a local monk for safe travels and prosperity. Then it's on to greener pastures, stopping by a riverside tree planting park designed and executed by a local philanthropic hotel for the community to enjoy, moving from there through the riverside conservation area to visit Khmer Ceramics to see the work of these talented artisans.

Our next stop delves a little into the artistic community with a visit to Theam's House, showcasing the personal collection of a highly regarded local artist in a wistful garden setting.
