• For airport pick up, the date selected at check out should be your flight arrival date e.g. if your flight arrives at 11:45pm on 1 May, please select 1 May

• For hotel pick up, the date selected at check out should be your flight or seaport departure date e.g. if your flight or vessel departs at 1:00am on 2 May, please select 2 May (even if you require pick up on 1 May)

• This transfer is limited to hotels within Siem Reap city

• Please ensure you can be contacted at the mobile number your provide during checkout

• Kindly book the return journey separately, if needed, as this is a one way transfer only

Pick Up From Airport:

Thank you for using our pick up service. We will have our driver representative waiting you at the arrival hall with welcome sign board and the journey will take approximately at 25 minutes from airport to hotel.

Airport Drop off: 

We will have our driver representative waiting you at hotel lobby and normally, please be ready 2.5 hours before departure flight.

Cancellation Policy: standard

Cancellation Cutoff: 24 hours

Cancellation Notes: For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours in advance of the start date of the experience.
