Side Horseback Riding Adventure

Myself and my daughter booked a 2 hour ride. Which turned out to be no more than 45minutes. As horse riders this did not bother me given the heat. What bothered me was the conditions in which the horses were in and living in. Tied up so they could barely move their heads. No access to water or food both before and after the ride. The most time spent photographing my daughter at the beach rather than allowing the horses access to the water to cool off. At one point my horse wanted to drink the sea water and eat dried up sticks - this tells you everything. You could see their bones and their hips sticking out, they were sad and depressed. When we got back to the shack we then had a computer thrust in front of us - I was not bothered for the photos but felt the need to pay more money to potentially provide more for the horses so said I would pay €20 for 1 photo. I was then promised all of them despite not wanting them but then had to ask my friend to chase up them sending them to me as I paid and got took back to our hotel before ever receiving them. I did eventually receive them but this was besides the point. I got back to the hotel and cried at the state the horses were in and guilt that I felt for playing a part in their sad lives 😞 my daughter and I had taken an apple each and given them to the horses but had we not done that they would’ve been left with out. I don’t know what the answer is for this place. Part of me would’ve happily paid a lot for this experience if it had meant that the horses were well kept and cared for but I fear this would not be the case, the other part of me feels like telling everyone to avoid so as to relieve the horses of weight baring people who are so obviously too heavy for their current condition - but with no income what chance do the horses have ?! I will never do this again and I will definitely do more research first - I am kicking myself over this experience. I hated the role I played in these lovely animals lives and wished I could do more for them.

Pickup right on time :-) Sweet and friendly to help both children and adults on horseback. Calm horses. Nice trip through the forest, but a short visit to the beach. Maybe due to the very hot weather (it was hot to be both horse and human that day :-D). We were on a tour for about 5 minutes - the length of the tour was fine all things considered.

Been on many horse riding trips in turkey but this one was easily the best I’ve ever been on. Amazing staff & Beautiful horses . .So i could recommend 100% for you to book & go on this trip. See you again soon.

Worst horse riding experience ever . Paid 70 euros for what was supposed to be a sunset beach ride and forest ride for experienced riders . Was promised gallops on the beach and it was anything but . The poor pony was so tired and depressed it could not do anything but a very slow walk . When questioned I was told this poor creatures performance was due to my riding abilities and that this pony was a competition winner 🏆 I have owned and compeated horse to a very high standard for over 40 years . Please please please do not ride at this place and get scammed like I was. This establishment has no idea what they are doing .

It was just beautiful. The providers are a very nice family who treat their animals (horses as well as dogs) very lovingly. The ride through a beautiful forest and to the beach took about 1.5 hours, souvenir photos were taken at various spots, which are then made available for small money via WhatsApp. All in all a successful trip. We can only recommend it!!!
