Summary
After convenient pickup at your Curacao hotel, take off for the desert in a 4x4 vehicle. Listen to guide commentary about the island’s flora and fauna on the way.
Once you reach the island’s northern coast, disembark in Shete Boka National Park and explore an ancient cave. Your guide will tell you how the island’s weather helped shape the area’s unusual rock formations. Look for sea birds, as well as turtle nesting grounds. at a nearby beach.
Back in the vehicle, move on to Suplado blowhole, where ocean water shoots into a surrounding crater. After snapping a photo, climb in to the natural hot tub to relax.
Finally, hit Playa Lagun for some snorkeling (equipment provided), hearing commentary from your guide about the marine life. See how many different types of fish you can spot in the shallows of the tranquil cove.
