Walk along the canals to reach the lively food market and try some of its delicious specialties (food sampling not included): la tielle (a seafood pie with octopus cooked in a spicy tomato sauce), cheeses, olives, cold cuts, zezette de Sète biscuits. Your guide will certainly point out the main landmarks of the town including the Mont Saint Clair and panoramic views on the Thau lagoon.
