Setúbal Winery & Fish Market Tasting Tour

We had an excellent experience with Flávio on our last day of touring in Portugal. Without a doubt, it was a very special way to end our trip. From the very beginning, he showed great kindness, professionalism, attentiveness and courtesy. He guided the entire tour with calmness, knowledge and a great sense of humor, taking us through Vila Nogueira de Azeitão, the Bacalhôa Palace, Setúbal, São Filipe Fort and the Livramento Market, always adding interesting information and making every stop more enjoyable. I would especially like to highlight the care and attention he showed toward my mother throughout the entire day. When traveling with an older family member, this kind of consideration makes a huge difference. At no point did we feel rushed or uncomfortable. On the contrary, the whole experience was relaxed, pleasant and very well conducted. We were also fortunate to share the tour with the lovely Shanice, which made the day even more enjoyable. Flávio created such a friendly and relaxed atmosphere that, by the end of the day, it felt less like we had taken part in a guided tour and more like we had spent the day with new friends. It was the perfect ending to our time in Portugal. I highly recommend Flávio without any hesitation. He is an excellent professional, an excellent guide and, above all, an extremely kind and attentive person. If we return to Portugal, we would certainly be very happy to meet him again. 10/10. Quero destacar especialmente o carinho e a atenção que teve com minha mãe durante todo o dia. Para quem viaja acompanhando uma pessoa mais idosa, esse cuidado faz toda a diferença. Em nenhum momento sentimos pressa ou qualquer desconforto; ao contrário, o passeio transcorreu de maneira leve, agradável e muito bem conduzida. Também tivemos a felicidade de compartilhar o passeio com a simpática Shanice, o que tornou o dia ainda mais divertido. Flávio conseguiu criar um ambiente tão descontraído que, ao final, a sensação era menos de termos participado de um tour e mais de termos passado o dia acompanhados de novos amigos. Foi um encerramento perfeito para nossa passagem por Portugal. Recomendo o Flávio sem qualquer ressalva. Excelente profissional, excelente guia e, acima de tudo, uma pessoa extremamente agradável e atenciosa. Se voltarmos a Portugal, certamente gostaríamos de encontrá-lo novamente. Nota: 10/10. We had a lovely day exploring Setúbal with Flavio as our guide. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the journey really enjoyable, sharing interesting history and stories about the places we passed along the way. The winery was beautiful, the fish market was a great experience and the food we tried was delicious. It was a fun and memorable day!

We had an amazing time as a couple on our Setúbal winery and fish market tour in May 2026. Our tour guide, Flavio, was fantastic! During our half-day tour from Lisbon, we stopped at a local cafe then toured the Bacalhôa palace followed by the tasting room. We then visited the Setúbal fish market where we had charcuterie and wine and sampled some other local dishes as well. Flavio shared many interesting things about Setúbal, and we enjoyed all the stops on the tour. Flavio was an excellent tour guide and extended the utmost hospitality. The tour was peaceful, relaxing, and fun - in summary, we highly recommend this tour!!!
