Brankica brought the Doges Palace to life for us
Brankica was outstanding! As a resident of Venice, she had so much knowledge to give us context. We felt completely immersed in the history of this incredible city. The Dojes Palace is spectacular, both architecturally and as a world-class art museum. We learned that every piece of art in the palace delivered a message to visitors and politicians alike. Brankica shared fascinating stories that really gave us a glimpse of what it must’ve been like to be present at that time, whether you were on the Senate floor or in one of the dismal prisons. She made sure we were able to see everything we wanted in the time we had, and even helped us pick activities to continue learning. She took extra time to help us book tickets to ascend the Bell tower at golden hour— gorgeous! The entire experience was unforgettable. Thank you, Brankica!

Doge’s Palace Evening Tour
Sabrina was an exceptional guide. We learned so much about Venice’s history and Doge’s palace. She also explained the meaning behind many pieces of artwork. This was a 5:30pm tour and I have no regrets. Less crowded, cooler and easy to hear. Fantastic tour!!

Shannon was informative and personal in her style. I highly recommend this tour. It was such a beautiful building and hearing about it from an expert guide made it so much better than simply walking through it ourselves. It was a good pace with lots of time to look and learn about Venice and her history, power, and republic ideals. The fee was very reasonable and we really liked the small group experience later in the day when it was not very busy. In closing, Shannon is extremely excellent at her job. My only regret is not providing her with a tip.
