Self-Guided Scenic Bike Ride to Coastal Wineries from Napier

Enjoy a flat, easy, scenic 26km (16 mile) ride following beautiful Hawke’s Bay coast on a wonderful off-road cycle trail. The trail passes through the Clive Wetlands and along scenic riverbanks, home to many species of birds. At the end of the trail, there are a selection of wineries where you can enjoy wine tasting and/or lunch, before your shuttle arrives to transport you back to Napier. This trail is 95% off-road, with just 1.5km on a quiet, beach, community road. This is a self-guided bike ride.

Please check with us opening times of the wineries as that varies thru the seasons.

Return shuttle generally departs Elephant Hill Winery at 4pm although this may very please enquire for specific date.
