Great visit, tour guide not do good.
Segovia is an interesting place to visit, but our tour was lacking in a few ways. This was an English +1 tour but most of it was in Spanish. The English part was lacking in content. Also, the area was crowded and the guide's voice was often drowned out by the background noise. Lastly, after an hour and a half ride to Segovia, the guide did not offer a toilet break until the end of the tour.
Mateo incredible guide
Mateo the guide gave us an incredible tour, he is very explicit and tells jokes that make the tour not only informative but also entertaining, the driver Luis Miguel is very friendly and drives well.

Effective tour
The guide was very nice and had some very interesting facts. The driver is good and skillful. My only comment is that although I understand that there is a longer tour, this one is too “brief”. At times I felt rushed. This is through no fault of the guide, the schedule itself set by the company is tight.
