Your journey begins with a freshly baked salt-beef bagel, a Jewish classic that has become an East End icon. Warm, comforting, and deeply rooted in the area’s immigrant heritage, it’s the perfect introduction to the neighborhood’s food culture.

Next, step into a Ghanaian cocoa truffle shop, where you’ll handpick artisanal truffles from an impressive selection. This stop offers a rich and authentic taste of cocoa, while also highlighting London’s global connections and the influence of African flavors on the city’s evolving palate.

No East End food tour would be complete without fish and chips, and you’ll enjoy some of the very best—crispy, golden, and expertly prepared at a beloved local spot that’s stood the test of time.

From there, we head into one of the oldest buildings in Spitalfields to savor a true British classic: Welsh rarebit. Rich, savory, and comforting, it’s paired with a refreshing London-born beer, offering a taste of traditional pub culture in a setting steeped in history.
