You'll explore our culinary world and experience local life, till reaching the lake located at the heart of our capital, and seeing some old houses where you'll broaden your horizons. And, don’t forget our Secret Dish as well!


Our tour begins with sizzling Bún Chả—grilled pork served in a savory broth, with local herbs and delicate vermicelli noodles on the side.
We'll then experience the art of making steamed meat and mushroom pancakes (Bánh Cuốn), enjoying them fresh and warm as we hear the secrets behind this popular dish.
Next, we’ll sample Phở Cuốn—rolled pho with minced beef and crisp lettuce - capturing the fresh, simple flavors Hanoi is known for.
As we stroll along the iconic Hanoi Train Street, we might catch a thrilling, up-close glimpse of a passing train—a perfect photo op!
When available, we’ll stop at a Street Vendor to taste green sticky rice with banana - a traditional treat with a sweet, delicate flavor.
A refreshing sugarcane juice with kumquat will energize us for what’s next
We'll savour a bowl of authentic Phở Gà, considered Vietnam's unofficial National Dish: Home-made Noodles with Chicken might make your day.
We’ll also sample a coffee & chocolate sweet bun, a tasty fusion reflecting Vietnam’s unique culinary history.
At a cozy spot, we’ll try a green papaya salad with dried beef, paired with a rare dragon plum juice for a burst of tropical flavor.
Our tour concludes in a welcoming café with a cup of creamy egg coffee - an iconic Hanoi treat and one of the finest coffees in the world.
