We have a full-service bar onboard serving festive drinks, beer, wine & N/A beverages. Snacks and food such as clam chowder, warm sandwiches, etc. are also available to purchase.

Unfortunately, we can’t keep the scheduled performances and hundreds of people waiting. Please arrive with plenty of time to find parking and complete the boarding process. We pull the boarding ramp up promptly at the scheduled departure time.

Can I bring my own food and beverage?

Please, no outside food or beverages allowed onboard. The bar will have festive, specialty cocktails, local beer & wine, plus non-alcoholic beverages. Snacks, bites, and chowder will also be available to purchase on board.

Each 1.5-hour cruise features a live performance by a local choir, Santa's reading of 'Twas the Night Before Christmas', and has a full-service bar available offering holiday cocktails, local wine & beer, and non-alcoholic beverages. Dress warmly and comfortably, as the cruise operates rain or shine. Festive holiday attire is encouraged. we recommend flat shoes that are not smooth-soled, stilettos are very strongly discouraged)
Boarding begins 45 minutes before departure. Boat leaves promptly at departure time. Arrive early to ensure you have time to check in and board.
Parking fees may apply at departure locations.

Cancellation policy

Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the activity starts

Guests who cancel 10 days or more in advance of their departure date and time will be offered a 50% refund on the total amount paid for their booking (excluding our non-refundable Ticketing Fee). Cancellations less than 10 days in advance will not be refunded. Future open credits will not be offered for any cancellations.

Weather was beautiful but my 3 and 5 yo grandsons were not impressed with the skyline. They were hoping to see seals, dolphins and other marine animals. Decent for adults, but little value for small kids.

I accidentally purchased two reservations by mistake. I tried for three day to correct it but failed. Why - given phone numbers that were discontinued, waited for 45 minutes for someone to answer the phone so I gave up, I left several phone messages that were never returned and the boat company could not help me.. I will NEVER use your ticket agency in the future!!!!!! Nor will I recumbent it. The boat was very old, lacked clean toilet and one stale had no toilet paper even before we left port.
