Know before you book
- Minimum age for participation is 6 years old
- Not recommended for non-swimmers or those with limited mobility
- Tour operates rain or shine; cancellations due to weather are rare
Know before you go
- Bring a swimsuit, towel, and biodegradable sunscreen
- Wear comfortable water shoes or sandals
- Consider bringing a waterproof camera to capture memories

- RECOMMENDATIONS:
- The use of sunscreen is not allowed before water activities, you can use long sleeves water shirts
- Not recommended for participants who do not have basic swimming skills (for aquatic activities)
- The given times are START TIMES for the activity. You will get a personal pick up time from your hotel.

An amazing way to spend a day
Kevin, Matti and Mario were amazing. Great and charismatic team. You could tell they loved what they did and cared about the wildlife and preservation.
Just do it!
We did a half day snorkeling with turtles and cenote excursion with Jaime, Jorge and Sophia. What a special expierence! Jaime's passion, knowledge and love for the turtles is so incredibly heart warming. You can tell he genuinely loves what he does and made our entire day so special. Sophia our photographer was equally as talented and it shows in her work. Jorge got us to and from our resort safely and had beautifully clean "spaceship". Thank you for making our trip one worth remembering ❤️ highly reccomend!
