Sarapiqui River Costa Rica White Water Rafting tour from Arenal, La Fortuna

Experience white water rafting on the Sarapiqui River from your hotel in La Fortuna. We will pick you up from your hotel in the Arenal area and bring you to our center here in La Virgen. Choose your rafting experience and we will take you on an adrenaline filled adventure for a whole day. Explore the Costa Rican rainforest from your raft and keep an eye out for the diverse flora and fauna, you may even spot a sloth!

We will begin the trip by picking you up from your hotel nice and early and from there we will bring you to the Sarapiqui River in our brand new shuttle bus! Choose what part of the river you want to experience, by choosing either class II-III or class III-IV.

A delicious and healthy traditional lunch will be served and enjoy fresh fruits and sugar cane!

Experience a Sarapiqui rafting adventure on the most exciting section of the Sarapiqui River. You will love this exciting, intense adventure through the Costa Rican jungle!

Make your way through exciting rapids like “Morning Coffee,” “The Terminator,” and “Dos Locos.” Peer up at the canyon walls dripping with waterfalls and take in the majestic views of the mountains and volcanoes in the distance. 

Our highly qualified Instructors will make you feel comfortable and safe while rafting. Plus, they will point out a variety of birds, wildlife, trees, and other flora and fauna along the way. 

This activity is perfect for intermediate rafters, or those who are physically fit and are willing to paddle and work as a team. The minimum age to participate is 14 years and must be comfortable in white water, in good physical condition, and be able to paddle.
