a. Booking Process: We have partnered with a trusted third-party service to handle our booking process. Upon initiating a booking, you will be redirected to a secure platform to complete the reservation.

b. Deposit Requirements: At Meet Bosnia, we do not impose any deposit requirements for bookings. However, please note that some services may necessitate pre-payment or require different payment terms, which will be communicated during the booking process.

c. Payment Methods: We accept various payment methods, including major credit cards such as Mastercard®, Maestro®, and Visa. Additionally, we provide a pay-on-arrival option for added convenience.

d. Cancellation and Refunds: Cancellation and refund policies are specific to each tour or service and are outlined in the respective tour or service description. Reviewing the cancellation and refund policy applicable to your chosen booking before making a reservation is essential.

4. Creditcard purchase security statement

The confidentiality of your information is protected and secured by using TLS encryption. Pages for web payment are secured by using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol with 128-bit data encryption. SSL encryption is a data coding procedure for the prevention of unauthorized access during data transfer.

5. Currency conversion statement

All payments will be affected in BAM currency. The amount your credit card account will be charged for is obtained through the conversion according to the current exchange rate of the local National bank. When charging your credit card, the same amount is converted into your local currency according to the exchange rate of credit card associations. As a result of this conversion, there is a possibility of a slight difference from the original price stated on our website.
