This walk goes from the cloud forest on the skirts to the volcanic wasteland at the crater. From the top you can see the steamy sulfuric acid lake at the bottom and the multicolored layers of ash on the rim as well Coatepeque caldera lake below.
Skip the large groups, the warmest hours, the lines and the slow walkers. With me you can spend as much time you want by the crater.
