Sandwich Harbour is a natural untouched beauty that many has heard about, but very few have ever gotten the opportunity to visit.
The first stop is at a point along the lagoon where the masses of flamingoes can be viewed.
A short drive further we ascend the well known Salt pan dune to the east of the Salt works to show the clients a top view of the alluring “pink water” in the salt pans.
We continue our tour and eventually enter the Namib Naukluft Park at the northern border where it meets the Atlantic Ocean.
A drive along the beach follows where the occasional Seal or Jackal is observed close to the beach. This drive brings us to the point where sand and sea meets and tides permitting we will enter towards Sandwich Harbour. If the tide is high we enter the dunes and drive to a high point where Sandwich Harbour can be seen from the top of the dunes along the Ocean.
An exciting drive through the dunes follows where the magnificent splendor of the dunes of the Namib surrounds us.
