Redemption information

    Meeting Point: Meet at 757 Beach Street, SF CA 94109 at Umbrella Alley in Fisherman's Wharf if you haven't pre-arranged hotel pickup. Punctuality is crucial, as late arrivals or no-shows will result in the forfeiture of tour spots without refunds or rescheduling.
    Attire and Belongings: Dress in layers and bring a windbreaker due to San Francisco's unpredictable weather. Blankets are available on the vehicle. Avoid bulky backpacks; personal items must be stored on your lap. Large bags, luggage, strollers, folding wheelchairs, and walkers cannot fit inside the Jeep.

    Children on Tours: Notify us if you need car seats or booster seats for children. Each child requires a seat and seatbelt. Not recommended for children under age 3. A maximum of 3 children can be accommodated with booster/child seats. Rear-facing child seats for infants are not supported. Children cannot sit on laps. No young /small children in 3rd-row seat.

    Languages: Tours are conducted in English.

There is no guarantee that the foods/beverages provided during the tour will be free of allergens or meet specific dietary needs. Participants assume all risks related to food/beverage consumption during the tour.
