- The tour operates from 9 am to 6 pm, with the last tour departing Old Town at 4 pm from March 11 to October 29, and from 9 am to 5 pm, with the last tour departing Old Town at 3 pm from October 30 to March 10.
- Wear comfortable clothing and footwear suitable for walking and varying weather conditions.
