Summary

Sharing hotel pick up services, will be depend on the hotel location. The trips will take approximately 2(two) until 3(three) hours walking to explore the largest “Salak” plantation at Sibetan village in the east of Bali island. Arrive at the rural village welcome by the local for the briefing and refreshment. Start the countryside trekking from one of the village rice field trek. Sometimes, meet the farmer with the daily activities, as well as plowing, planting and harvesting depend on the working season. Continue the journey to the Salak plantation pass through the local community house, temple and the daily life at Sibetan village. Feel the sensation of harvesting and taste the fresh Salak fruits from the tree and at some trekking spot it will climb to the hill top with the village temple surround the Salak plantation. Visit the local house with their home industry activities as well as the traditional wine process and processing of salak fruit into snack food. Fresh young coconut will present by the local during the trips. The trekking activities will be end at one of the local restaurant which is maintained by an experienced and certified local person surround the Salak plantation. They will present a typical lunch with local taste menu as well as steam rice, mix fresh vegetables, young Salak shoot soup (our high typical menu), chicken satay, Pepes Chiken (steamed chicken cover by banana leaf), Spicy turmeric chicken, Mineral water and the desert are hot Salak coffee / tea with traditional snack food. Return to the hotel.
