【DETAILS】

First of all, there is a photo shooting for the portrait used for the commemorative bottle of sake. Next, you will watch a video with English subtitles about sake brewing. Then you will observe the sake production process through the windows along the passages around the production area. Rest assured that an English-speaking guide will give you enough explanations. You will try the sake tasting quiz to tell the difference of 3 kinds of sake. If you correctly answer the quiz questions, you will get a small gift. Next, you can enjoy sampling several sakes with different features as well as sweet sake (non-alcoholic), and shopping if you like. Lastly, you will receive a commemorative bottle of sake with the label on which your photo is printed. The bottle contains 300 ml of 'Special Junmai' dry sake, made only with rice and yeast. Get the souvenir sake available only here and just for you.

You can learn the traditional sake brewing in Miyagi in-depth with an English-speaking guide. This tour is not limited to the sake brewery visit. What is more, you can taste 'koji' (malted rice), sample different kinds of sake, and get a commemorative bottle of sake with your photo on the label.
