Good to know
- Children under 6 years old are not allowed to access the towers, even if accompanied by an adult. They need to remain downstairs with an adult. Please mention the age of your children (if accompanied by them) when booking and please note that their ID may be required.
- Please note that the Access to the Tower will be on your own without guide, and will take another 30 minutes extra.
- Please note, the towers may be closed in weather conditions such as rain or wind
- Please note, that to go up to the Towers you will use an elevator but to go down you will need to use the stairs
- Please note that discreet clothing is mandatory, the access may be restricted if the clothing does not meet the requirements
- Please note that the Sagrada Familia Regulations state that children under the age of 11 years old will not get a receiver to listen to the guide. Amigo Tours manages the entry of each of our customers and this measure does not have to do with us.

Last-minute cancellation by Amigo Tours / Viator ruined once-in-a-lifetime Sagrada Família plans.
Six days before flying to Barcelona, Amigo Tours cancelled my fully booked morning tour of the Sagrada Família with tower access. Because they cancelled so late, all official tickets are completely sold out. I am left stuck in Barcelona with a downgraded evening tour and zero tower access. Rather than arranging a comparable replacement, Viator/Amigo Tours offered an inferior experience without compensating me for the downgrade. Do not rely on Viator or Amigo Tours for once-in-a-lifetime bookings. They will cancel on you right before your flight, leaving you with no options to rebook.
We paid $304 US for what...
We paid $304 US for what was supposed to be a 15 maximum person tour for 90 minutes including the tower. As it turns out there were 30 people on our tour with Marta. I cannot believe it costs $304 for a 30 person tour for (2)? I spoke to the Viator operator by phone to book and she confirmed there would only be 15 people. I think we need a partial refund. We specifically booked...
We specifically booked this tour to have access to the tower. We received a text message the night before saying due to unfortunate circumstances we would be unable to access the tower.. I think it’s a scam. The text message also said we were to receive a partial refund and it has been over a month and I have not received any refund. I reached out to both Viator and amigos tour and have not received any response.
Amazing recovery.
Luis was amazing he turned a possible and total failure where we did not show up on his roster for the tour into an amazing experience. The tour guides is what makes the tour and Luis is one of those individuals he is amazing and were extremely happy to have him lead our tour.
I had not gotten deep...
I had not gotten deep into the reservation & did not realize that the meeting place for the tour was not at the Basilica, that I needed to walk several blocks away. That info would’ve been helpful to know in the early explanations of the tour.
