Good to know
- Please arrive at the meeting point at least 30 minutes in advance, as tickets have a strict time slot and late arrivals may not be admitted.
- Please advise: there are around 400 stairs to go up to the tower, persons with reduced mobility can not access the tower
- Please note that to go up to the towers you will use an elevator but to go down you will need to use the stairs
- The access to the tower subject to favorable weather conditions. If canceled due to poor weather, you will be given the option of an alternative date or full refund
- Children under 6 years old are not allowed to access the Towers even accompanied by an adult. Please note children under 6 will remain downstairs with an adult
- Please note the towers may remain closed due to rain or wind
- The monument decides which Tower is open for tourists groups and which one remains closed and this may change depending on the day
- Please note that the Sagrada Familia Regulations state that children under the age of 11 years old will not get a receiver to listen to the guide. Amigo Tours manages the entry of each of our customers and this measure does not have to do with us.
- Keep in mind that there are queues to access Sagrada Familia due to security checks

Enjoyed the Church but would book direct with La Sagrada Família for best value
The meeting point (Amigo office) entailed a walk to the church which was not good for my wife who walks slowly with the aid of a walking stick. If there was a facility for less able people to meet at the entrance to the church we could have got a taxi there and been in a better state to enjoy the tour itself. Given that the price of a ticket bought directly is around €30 the cost of this tour at over €100 was very high. The guide (Lewis) was very friendly and knowledgeable but I don’t think his commentary added €70 of value to the tour. The tour was described as 90 minutes but when you take away the time taken to walk from the meeting place to the church and the time queuing to get in, the actual commentary part of the tour was closer to an hour, so the describe it as 90 minutes is misleading.
Very disappointing experience
Very disappointing, booked SagradaFamilia tour with Tower access and canceled our access to towers last minute with no explanation. Guide was not helpful neither was person on phone offering me a 10 euro refund per person i paid 260 euros. Do not recommend this company. Thieves !
Amazing tour
Roger was an amazing guide. He was so knowledgeable and answered everyone's questions. He made sure everyone understood before moving on. His jokes were priceless!

Great tour, our guide was professional & friendly, funny! & bestowed his knowledge in an engaging manner ❤️ The Sagrada Familia is most definitely worth a visit on any trip to Barcelona, it is just breathtaking!
Points to note when gathering
I was told to gather 30 minutes before the tour time, and I went as instructed, but there was no one there, which made me very worried. The guide arrived 15 minutes before the tour time. When in Rome, do as the Romans do. I'm sharing this because some people might feel uneasy from a Japanese perspective.
