Is there any better place to taste different types of vodka than in Moscow? Discover the quintessential Russian drink and try local snacks as you visit 4 bars around the capital.
At the first stop on the tour, we'll try a beer or, if you'd prefer, yorsh, which is Russian beer mixed with vodka, accompanying our drink with a pickle. We'll then head to the next bar to try a Russian liquor called samogon and a snack of bread with salo, cured pork fat, or potato with salted herring.
Continuing on our tour, we'll get to taste to spicy vodka known as Hrenovuha and toast topped with salmon or anchovies. Finally, we'll enjoy nastoika, liquor made of vodka macerated fruits or herbs macerated, and fried sulguni, a cheese typical of Georgia.
