Summary

We will pick you up from your selected location and drive two hours to the Ranch. Pick-up from Mendoza will be in the afternoon. Once arriving at the Ranch, we will enjoy a dinner by the campfire and you will stay in our rustic accommodation with a private toilet and view to the mountains. In the morning, we will have breakfast and go for a ride to the country. We will stop by the river that runs through our property to have "asado," an authentic Argentinean barbeque. After lunch we will return to the Ranch where we will enjoy an afternoon tea and then transport you back to Mendoza.

Rancho El Rosario is a good place for people who are looking for peace and serenity, to connect with nature, and to enjoy some nice typical Argentinian food. The sky is very bright at night time as we do not have light contamination like in the city. We like to enjoy deep conversations by the fireside and gazing at the stars with a good glass of wine from Mendoza. We offer full board with traditional homemade meals. We try to buy most of our products from local producers to help our community. "Asado" is one of our specialties. We cook some of the best Argentinian meat and vegetables over the grill, accompanied with salads and homemade bread. We slow cook the meat for 45 minutes to 1 hour to make it soft and tender and we use wood from the country to give it an extra unique flavor. If you are vegetarian or have any dietary requirement do not worry, our menu is vast and there are many other choices.
