Indulge in a tasting flight of infused rums at San Juan Artisan Distillers and live the history through one of the few working Sugarcane Estates left in the island. Following, take a culinary adventure into the local foods at a chinchorro stop before heading to Hacienda Santa Ana. Ron del Barrilito is a recipe from 1880 and provides an experience of escalated aging with its 4 barrel aged rums. In the end, we head to Old San Juan, to the hidden gem, Scryer, a barrel house with its unique take on rum to experience each section of their aging process and their final product. You can grab a bite to eat at their rooftoop and enjoy a repertoire of black and white films under the stars.
