We visited the Royal Palace of Caserta as a family with three children aged 5, 8, and 11, and we could not have asked for a better experience. Ms. Diana is an exceptional guide: very knowledgeable, helpful, and always ready to answer all our questions. Her true strength was her ability to actively engage the whole family, constantly piquing our curiosity with interesting questions, anecdotes, and stimulating ideas. Managing to keep a 5-year-old's attention for a full two hours is no simple feat, and Diana succeeded with unique naturalness and grace. We wholeheartedly recommend Ms. Diana to anyone wishing to discover the Palace, especially families with children. A fantastic experience that we will remember with great pleasure!
Couldn't find guide
Palace was lovely, gardens very tired and unkept and brochures didn't represent their current condition. COULDN'T find guide. My tour time was rescheduled by Viator and I arrived a few minutes late as I couldn't find my guide. I went through the palace by myself and still couldn't find the guide.
