Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable
There is a maximum waiting time of up to 60 minutes after baggage collection and custom clearance. The exact Pick Up time for the Transfers from Hotel to Airport will be advised minimum 48 hours prior to departure. Please be advised that waiting times of 10 -15 minutes from the specific Hotel pick up time is possible.
Flight details and hotel address required at the time of booking. Kindly note that if a Private Property is booked, clients will be asked to be picked up or dropped off in front of a particular landmark or Hotel in the proximity of the property booked.
