After custom clearance, please look for our representative holding an Thailand Smilestravel placard bearing your name at "Gate 3 of arrivals" (near information counter). Waiting time for the guest at Airport :
Our driver / airport representative will wait for the guest for 2 hrs. from the time of flight landed, normally take maximum 1hr. for guest to clear immigration & luggage claim. In case guest took long time, must call personally if any delay otherwise there will be no refund of payment allowed.
Flight Delayed or Cancelled:
Any flight delayed or cancelled, NO Transfer will provided unless with prior approval
Ensure that you have double check your entire passport, flight, hotel voucher. Do not allow any UNIDENTIFIED strangers to assist you to call on behalf; guest must speak to our staff / customer service personally.
VISA on Arrival :
For passenger who wants to apply Visa on arrival, kindly inform us thru in advance once you have made the reservation.
For the pick up time at the airport, please wait at the meeting point ( Gate 3 ) after you left custom area.Please be cautiously noted that the driver will go to pick you up after your flight has been landed by 1 hour already due to estimated “visa on arrival” processed timing. Example if flight landed at 12.00 hrs ( noon), driver will go to meet you at Gate 3 at 13.00 hrs on wards but not more than 2 hours maximum as your pick up time to hotel. Failure to meet as per advised timing, we reserve the right not to refund you for the unused service or No Show.
- Multiple stops will not be allowed.
- Un-utilised transfers are non-refundable.
- Driver and Tour Guide Tip is not included and it is at your discretion.
- Please note that scheduled timing are subject to traffic conditions.
- There is additional charge for hotels in Bangna, Thonburi, Nonthaburi, Laksi & Don Mueang areas and our reservation will inform & charge separately.
