Before you book

The Vatican Museums provide free entrance for visitors who are (according to the requirements stated by the Vatican City) at least 74% disabled with the appropriate certification and provides free entry to caretakers: please inform the local partner when booking if you fit into these requirements
For a student discount a valid student ID must be shown on the day of the tour, if the ID is invalid, the student might be charged for a full-price ticket on the day of the tour
As this is a walking tour with steps and staircases, comfortable walking shoes and a bottle of water are strongly recommended
Please advise the local partner of any mobility concerns to be accommodated

For your convenience and safety we urge you to wear comfortable walking shoes and bring a bottle of water.

Large bags, backpacks, tripods and large umbrellas cannot be brought into the museums. These items will have to be left at the museum coat check and retrieved after your visit.
Dress code enforced at certain religious sites and museums. Knees and shoulders must be covered for both men and women. You may risk refused entry if you fail to comply with these dress requirements
At the end of your tour, you are required to return the headset provided to you to your guide. In the event that you do not return the headset, you will be subject to a fine of €100 for lost property.

15 or more days before the tour day: 90% of the cost will be refunded, minus ticket costs; Between 8 and 14 days before the tour day: 50% of the cost will be refunded, minus ticket costs; 7 days or less: no refund.
