First, you’ll sample the famous Jewish-style fried artichokes, which you’ll eat standing up in the traditional way. Then head to a local bakery to sample an unexpected and delicious sweet treat that represents the Jewish Quarter’s rich cultural heritage.   
  
After that, you'll make your way into the historic center (Centro Storico) where you'll pick up your next street food bite: freshly fried codfish from a beloved local hole-in-the-wall, washed down with a glass of wine.
