Rome private shore excursion for families with kids: skip the line Colosseum tour

Meet your private driver just outside your cruise ship, without taking any shuttle port thanks to our special permission to enter inside the port!

Drive for about 1 hour to Rome, where you'll meet your English speaking tour guide. Getting nearer to the area of the Roman Forum, we are suddenly attracted by the stateliness of the Flavian Amphitheatre, better known as the Coliseum. Try to imagine how much material and effort it took to create these four different architectonic orders! We will get to know its secrets and find out what the Gladiators' life was like in Ancient Roman times!

After leaving your tour guide, you can enjoy a rest for lunch. Our driver will be happy to suggest you the best places for your break, that only locals known. 

Finally enjoy a  short ride with your driver, discovering the main squares of Rome like Trevi's Fountain and the Spanish Steps, before heading back to the port. 

Please note: the guide will be with you for about 2 hours, during the visit of the Colosseum. In the remaining time you'll be with our driver. The driver is not a tour guide so he cannot enter the monuments with you and cannot give cultural information.
