How to find us: Upon debarkation, please take one of the free shuttle services from your cruise ship to the meeting point; the ride should take about 10 minutes. Your coach will be in the car park at the Cruise Terminal "Largo della Pace", just opposite of the fire brigades station. Your assistant from Civitatours will be waiting for you. Please plan to be at the designated departure location at least 15 minutes before the departure time.
Disembark from your ship as soon as possible to avoid overcrowding and delays. If you disembark too late you may be required to wait in line for the port shuttle.
Explore Rome independently with a coach transfer from Civitavecchia Port. See the sights of Rome at your own pace with a round-trip transfer from the cruise terminal at Civitavecchia Port. Benefit from a drop off near the Vatican City, and then see the sites that interest you the most. Marvel St. Peter's square and Basilica, visit the Mausoleum of Hadrian at the Castel Sant' Angelo or discover the temple to all gods at the Pantheon.
Follow in the footsteps of famous poets at the Spanish Steps, or discover the highlights of Ancient Rome such as the Colosseum, Roman Forum and Palatine Hill. Throw a coin in the Trevi Fountain to make sure that this is not your last trip to Rome! Then, board the bus back to Civitavecchia Port at 4:00 PM at the point where you were dropped off.
