You will start the tour in St. Peter’s square, where you will enter St Peter's Basilica, the church par excellence! Inside the great basilica the guide will let you discover the famous statue of Pietà by Michelangelo, Bernini's baldachin, the tomb of St. Peter, the tomb of Pope John Paul II and Christina of Sweden’s funeral monument.
After that, the driver will pick-you up and you will be visiting the roman basilica of Santa Maria Maggiore; here you will be stunned by the gorgeous mosaics of the Middle Ages and sacred relics.
Always with the driver, you will then continue with the visit of the Church of Santa Croce in Gerusalemme, here the guide will lead you to the discovery of a piece of the Cross of Christ and a spine of the Christ's crown. You will then venture underground.
You will finally walk to the Basilica of Saint John Lateran, the most important cathedral of Rome. Here you will find the relics of Saints Peter and Paul, the ancient Cloister, and the Sancta Sanctorum.
