Rock Climbing in Cascais, Lisbon

The total duration of the activity is around 3hr. We will meet at Farol da Guia (Cascais) and we will walk down together to the crag. We will climb limestone cliffs over the Ocean in Cascais at an amazing spot with great views. First we will go through some basic theory for safe climbing, use of knots, materials and belaying and once we are ready we will start climbing! In Cascais there are rock climbing routes for all skills and levels. Your instructor will take you out there weather you are a beginner or a seasoned climber! WHAT TO BRING: Water, sun protector, comfortable clothes and footwear, hat/cap. You don´t need to bring any climbing gear. We provide helmet + climbing shoes + rope + harness + quickdraws + belay device. In order to ensure a safe climbing experience, the rock has to be dry. In case of bad weather (rain) we will be forced to change the dates of the experience. If the participants don't have availability on the new proposed dates we will cancel the experience and give a 100% refund. To make the most out of your day you can combine the climbing lesson with walking along beautiful cobbled streets in Cascais and swimming in its great beaches.
