Early birds get the most famous view in Croatia to themselves on our exhilarating and fun early morning hike to the top of Srdj hill.

Escape the crowds, explore and enjoy the fresh air on a unique morning “wake up hike and morning workout” in Dubrovnik. Beat the crowds, stretch your legs, and enjoy the panoramic view that gets more spectacular at each turn. Beginners to advanced walkers, all levels are welcome.

Srdj is the mountain that rises above Dubrovnik Town and it is 412 meters high. As you climb to the top of Mount Srđ, stunning views of the walled town below open to you with a panorama of the whole coast stretching as far as the Pelješac peninsula to the northwest.

Afterward, hike with us to another part of the mountain through the paths known only by local people and mountaineers. The hike continues partly through the forest and from the trail you can see pens with domestic animals such as donkeys, cows, and goats. We descend down the south-east side of the mountain which gives you again a beautiful view of the Old Town Dubrovnik.

The whole hike is 8 kilometers (5 miles) long.
