Your full-day tour begins with pickup from your Playa Hermosa hotel at 6am, when you’ll board an air-conditioned vehicle destined for Blue River Resort and Hot Springs.

On arrival, you’ll receive a welcome cocktail before embarking on your rain forest hike. Refresh in the natural pools of the Grand Waterfall before drying off and trekking through the fauna-rich rain forest, considered one of Costa Rica’s most biodiverse areas.

Return to the Blue River Resort for lunch and then spend the afternoon enjoying the resort’s facilities, which include mud baths, hot springs, and natural swimming pools. Don’t miss out on the tropical botanical gardens, home to more than 700 different species, and the butterfly garden.

Your tour concludes with hotel drop-off at around 7pm.

Visit the only lush rainforest in Guanacaste, with real blue rivers, natural hot springs and views of the smoking volcano crater. Begin with a jungle walk and to discover an amazing blue river and take a dips in Grand Waterfalls. After lunch relax with a natural sauna and mud bath, soak in hot springs pools, fresh water pools, meander the rain forest botanical gardens and butterfly farm plus much more. A paradise on earth...
