After pickup from your Salvador hotel in the morning, board a comfortable vehicle to travel the 44 picturesque miles (70 km) to Praia do Forte.
Arrive at the 7.5-mile (12 km) beach area and admire its large expanse of soft sand and gentle ocean waves. Spend time lounging on the beach at Praia de Guarajuba, picking your way through tide pools or participating in one of the many leisure activities offered (own expense.) Enjoy a typical Brazilian lunch and a visit to a local fishing village with informative commentary from your local guide. Opt to check out the Tamar Project, a sea turtle conservation project, where you'll view turtles of every size and learn about the region's conservation efforts.
At the end of your day in paradise, return to Salvador for drop-off at your hotel.
