3. Booking and Payment
a. Booking Process: We have partnered with a trusted third-party service to handle our booking process. Upon initiating a booking, you will be redirected to a secure platform to complete the reservation.
b. Deposit Requirements: At Meet Bosnia, we do not impose any deposit requirements for bookings. However, please note that some services may necessitate pre-payment or require different payment terms, which will be communicated during the booking process.
c. Payment Methods: We accept various payment methods, including major credit cards such as Mastercard®, Maestro®, and Visa. Additionally, we provide a pay-on-arrival option for added convenience.
d. Cancellation and Refunds: Cancellation and refund policies are specific to each tour or service and are outlined in the respective tour or service description. Reviewing the cancellation and refund policy applicable to your chosen booking before making a reservation is essential.
4. Creditcard purchase security statement
The confidentiality of your information is protected and secured by using TLS encryption. Pages for web payment are secured by using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol with 128-bit data encryption. SSL encryption is a data coding procedure for the prevention of unauthorized access during data transfer.
This enables a secure data transfer and prevents unauthorized data access during communication between the user and Monri WebPay Payment Gateway and vice versa.
Monri WebPay Payment Gateway and financial institutions exchange data using their virtual private network (VPN) which is also protected from unauthorized access.
Monri Payments is PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment service provider.
Credit card numbers are not stored by Merchants and are not available to unauthorized personnel.
5. Currency conversion statement
All payments will be affected in BAM currency. The amount your credit card account will be charged for is obtained through the conversion according to the current exchange rate of the local National bank. When charging your credit card, the same amount is converted into your local currency according to the exchange rate of credit card associations. As a result of this conversion, there is a possibility of a slight difference from the original price stated on our website.
6. Personal data gathering and protection statement
We are committed to providing the service of protecting our customer’s data in a way that we collect only essential basic information about our buyers that are necessary for fulfilling our obligations. We also inform our customers about how we collect information and regularly give customers an option about how their information will be used, including the possibility to decide whether their name should be included or omitted from the lists used for marketing campaigns.
