Our chef will welcome us and apron in hand we will begin to live the experience.
Surely you heard about Argentine empanadas, after class you will know how to prepare them like just another Argentine. We will know the history of this typical dish and we will learn how to make the famous repulgue (an art!). Each participant will be able to prepare their empanada, while we talk and drink a malbec.
