Reindeer Experience & Feeding at Sami Camp in Tromsø is a perfect family activity. Our herders will let you walk among reindeer, stroke them, hand-feed them and tell you more about reindeer herding. Our family and our 300 reindeers are looking forward to your visit! We will introduce you to our cute friends and will give you buckets filled with their favourite food. You can walk among the reindeers, stroke them, hand-feed them and take pictures with them. After this experience, you will enter a warm candle-lit traditional Sami hut gamme with a cosy atmosphere. Inside, we will serve you hot tea, coffee or hot chocolate around the fire. For lunch, we will serve you a home-made Sami soup bidos followed by cookies and more hot drinks. To finish your day at our camp, you will gather around the fire and listen to the storytelling of Sami Culture and traditional folk song joik.

Important Information
Know Before You Book
- Minimum age: 3 years old
- We will meet at the Tromsø Havn Prostneset bus terminal 20 minutes before the tour starts.
- There are two entrances: one by the buses and one between the terminal and the Clarion Edge hotel. Our guides will be located by the buses, where they will be ready to depart for the camp.
