- Due to the various events taking place at Santiago Bernabéu Stadium, the Bernabéu Tour route and schedules may vary.
- From 12:00 noon on the day before a match until reopening the day after, only the Museum and the panoramic view of the stadium will be available. Dressing rooms and benches will remain closed.
- Wheelchair users: please note that the full Bernabéu Tour cannot be completed.
- The tour includes several stairways, so it is not recommended for visitors with suitcases or baby strollers.

Bad
This was booked 2 months in advance as this is a holiday we were on we went to the stadium to do the tour we were told to come back in 20 minutes as there was a match still on we came back and then were sent all around the stadium and no one could tell us where to go to start the tour after over an hour of going around we were then told there was no tour that day we weren’t informed about the previous to coming to the stadium the staff were unbelievably rude and disrespectful laughing like it was a joke and no one would take an accountability horrible experience
Huge stadium and masterpiece of engineering.
It was very interesting, although it seems a bit expensive to me for having lasted barely 1 h 30 min. Also, there was little time to stop to take photographs.
