Rapel in the Pucayaquillo Waterfall

Summary

This tour takes us to the Pucayaquillo waterfall inside the Cordillera Escalera reserve. Here we start off with a jungle hike through the reserve. After a 45 minute hike (aproximately) we reach the Pucayaquillo waterfall. Right away we put on our equipment and we make a wild hike to the top of the waterfall. Here we set up the ropes and we start with the rapeling. After we go down the waterfall there is a wonderful natural pool waiting for us at the foot of the waterfall. After we have rapeled and bathed in the pools we take the hike back have an amazing lunch in front of the Huallaga river and head back to the city. No previous experience is needed to take part in this adventure.
