Rabat Restaurant Cooking Class

We'll start our experience by a tour in the old local market with our chef, to see how Moroccan shop daily for their fresh products, we will take home everything needed and start cooking with the help of our Chef, after the cooking of course the most amazing step is the tasting of what you did. you will have to choice after the 3 courses cooked meal between coffee or Moroccan mint tea with some cookies.

For this Cooking Class session, your guide will take you to the RestauRiad “DAR EL MEDINA”, just after a short visit to the old Medina where he will provide all kinds of explanations about the ingredients, traditions and customs related to the moroccan culture.

For a few hours, you will be part of the brigade of the “Chef”, who will deliver you the big and small gastronomic secrets of the culinary art of the city of Rabat, its traditions and its origin. You will be accompanied throughout this experience in order to familiarize you with the techniques of Moroccan gastronomy and the training of gourmet plates.

At the end of the workshop, you will have the opportunity to taste the full menu (Entrance, Resistance, Dessert) that you have elaborated, served with a lot of love and hospitality, before receiving a certificate of success around a friendly and joyful Moroccan tea.
