Rabat Family Cooking Class

Meet your guide at the tramway station, and go for a tour on the market to buy the ingredients needed, see the casual daily life of the locals in Rabat and get to the culture through food. we'll get to know all the ingredients and the spices in the market and knowing how to be efficient buying fresh vegetables from the merchants, a great social experience that will lead us to the Home to meet our professional Cook that will be teaching us, the tour guide will be again to help cooking and translating ... once you're done with preparation we let the dishes to cook on fire and we'll enjoy a tea session waiting for the feast to be served. 

The lunch is a three courses menu you will make the dessert, the main dish and the starters.

The Cooking Class starts at 11:00 Am and lasts about 04 hours. Your 

friends can join us after the cooking class, at lunch time, for a supplement of 10 euros.

You want to spend time in a Moroccan family house for of culinary indulgence? Our Cooking Class at Haja’s home, will be a perfect introduction for that ! An official tourist guide, licensed and especially passionate will accompany you during your activity.

Your guide will take you to visit the local market. He will provide you with all kinds of explanations regarding products, traditions and customs. Feel free to ask your questions and share your culinary experiences. More you interact, more you will discover!

Upon arrival to our host “Haja” in his typical house, you will be welcomed with open arms and authentic Moroccan hospitality. Over the next few hours, Haja will teach you how to cook a tasty meal of local dishes. Cooking with Haja is often a unique social experience. She will share stories about food, about her family, and about her life.
