Your friendly private guide and driver will meet you in your hotel lobby in the morning or afternoon based on your booking request. Prior to visiting the local family, your guide will show you around the local wet markets nearby. Upon arrival to the local family home, you will start preparing your own dumpling or hot pot meal plus 2 local dishes (scrambled egg with tomato; Sautéd soy sauce cabbage or green bean with pork ). Please make your favorite choice upon booking, and you must advise if you have any food allergies or special food requests in advance. Menu A: Dumpling making and 2 dishes Menu B: Hot pot cooking and 2 dishes During this fun local family visit, you also have an opportunity to speak to their kids in English, Chinese or even by body language!
